Order Cancellation

PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CASE YOU WISH TO CANCEL THE ORDER. WE SHALL CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT.

NOTE : OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL COMMUNICATE TO YOU IF ALL OR ANY PORTION OF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED AFTER YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED THE SAID AMOUNT WILL BE REVERSED BACK IN YOUR CARD ACCOUNT.

Refund

WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY IN THE SAME MODE AS THE PAYMENT WAS MADE IF THE PAYMENT WAS BY CREDIT CARD OR NET BANKING, WE WILL REFUND IN YOUR CREDIT CARD OR NET BANKING ACCOUNT.

IF YOU CHOSE TO PAY CASH ON DELIVERY, THE REFUND WILL BE CREDITED IN THE   NEFT TRANSFER TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

FOR AN NEFT TRANSFER WE WOULD REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

  • BANK NAME
  • ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME
  • BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER    
  • BRANCH ADDRESS
  • IFSC CODE

EXCEPTIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY:  PRODUCTS SUCH AS BATHROOM MAT, WASHED PRODUCTS,  ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

Replacement

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM IN A ‘DAMAGED’ OR DEFECTIVE CONDITION OR IT IS ‘NOT AS DESCRIBED’ YOU MAY REQUEST A REPLACEMENT AT NO EXTRA COST.

THERUGCART OFFERS ‘NO QUESTION ASKED PRODUCT CHANGE POLICY’ .YOU CAN GET THE PRODUCT EXCHANGED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. REPORT YOUR CONCERN BY FILLING THE CONTACT US FORM. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU AND REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH THE RIGHT PRODUCT.

Return policy

THERUGCART.COM GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO REPLACE AND/OR RETURN THE PRODUCTS BOUGHT ON THERUGCART  WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THE ORDER. THE 10-DAY RETURN POLICY AT THERUGCART IS A ‘NO QUESTION ASKED POLICY’. YOU CAN RETURN/REPLACE THE PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE FITTING OF THE PRODUCT OR IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT ALL ITEMS TO BE RETURNED OR REPLACED MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT.
